Barton Perreira Unveils Autumn/Winter 2021 Collection

Barton Perreira released its Autumn/Winter 2021 collection, adding nine new sunglass and optical frames to the luxury eyewear brand’s catalog. In the latest collection, designer, and co-founder Patty Perreira introduces new colors and stays authentic to the Barton Perreira mission to design timeless, elegant, understated luxurious eyewear. The Autumn/Winter 2021 collection draws influence from decades past while also incorporating a 21st-century spirit. Perreira’s two new colors tap into romance and nostalgia: Sheer Magnolia is a delicate blush pink and Sunrise Bay is a turquoise blue reminiscent of the Caribbean Sea. Signature Barton Perreira colors appear throughout the collection including Heroine Chic, a vintage Tokyo Tortoise, Aubergine and Tea Rose Gradients, and Sulcata Tortoise, an acetate with striations of various hues of rich brown color. New standout sunglass styles include the Magdalena, a butterfly silhouette intricately crafted with signature ultra-thin acetate and grooved to inlay gold plated and colored Japanese titanium. The Magdalena features 24K gold plated titanium and green and blue painted titanium for a monochromatic look and modern allure. The 70s-inspired Donyale is a charmingly provocative oversized frame built with lightweight acetate featuring translucent hues with hand-dipped jewel-tone tinted lenses that radiate glam. Perreira’s eye for detail is evident in each frame, and her ability to contrast between modern with a respect for the past is reflected in the new optical collection. The retro-inspired Levy is ultra-thin and light, offering a heightened sense of luxury, and is crafted in bi-colored Japanese titanium. The hand-engraved filigree on the bridge and temple tips adds an edge to this effortlessly cool style. The distinctive and bold Emory is a rectangular-shaped, classic style and has a sleek and polished new titanium temple design.

Barton Perreira continues their commitment to sustainability using plant-based acetates made of cellulose obtained from wood and cotton while offering cleaning cloths and retails bags made of recycled PET bottles. The composition of the cloths and bags are made of recycled materials making them REACH compliant and GRS certified.
