previewed at the Florence trade fair
July 2014 – Blackfin design, technology and personality combine with Bomboogie energy and style in a limited edition capsule collection of sunglasses. Four of Blackfin’s most iconic models are embellished with Bomboogie detail and colour, creating a collection which was previewed at Pitti Immagine on the Bomboogie stand in the Armeria Pavilion (Florence, 17-20 June 2014) alongside the new Spring/Summer 2015 fashion collection.
Bomboogie is synonymous with vitality and dynamism, clothes for people whose take on life is full of enthusiasm and true grit. Amazing synergy is the inevitable result of a philosophy that chimes so perfectly with the Blackfin ethos.
The sunglass collection, two models for men and two for women, blends the stylistic hallmarks of the two brands. Ultra-lightweight frames in titanium and beta titanium with taut, sculpted lines are now reinterpreted in Bomboogie style featuring that brand’s signature camouflage tones, military green, shades of black and fluorescent green flecked with yellow. All models have lenses with a mirror-finish or contrasting tints.
These sunglasses are also personalised with the words Blackfin with Bomboogie laser-cut on the inside of the temple.
