ESE International, in tandem with Coco and Breezy, have launched its 2022 fall/winter collection with several gender-free optical and sunglass models. The release is marked by chunky, bold acetate profiles in a blend of classic and progressive shapes. Alongside three new sunglasses, six additional optical styles each feature blue light demo lenses.
Metal details enhance the contours of shape and temple alike. Construction elements such as reverse bevels, acetate fusing, and layered cuts further demonstrate the attention to detail that is a hallmark of the brand. An array of colorful acetates, intriguing lens tints, and seasonal pantones further bring to life the personality of the brand that is the namesake of its twin designer founders.
Coco and Breezy Eyewear was created in 2010 by Coco and Breezy Dotson based on a love of powerful sunglasses and a driving principle of inclusivity. Defined by its bold, genderless shapes and dynamic color accents, the collection has expanded into a full-scale optical and sunglass collection. The brand’s early designs were an instant hit in the entertainment and fashion world, leading to the unique “third-eye” sunglasses directly created for the late Prince. Additional collaborations include work with Teva, Jack Daniels, and several others. Through eyewear the brand is building a community where everyone feels seen.
Coco and Breezy are entrepreneurs and also DJs. They’ve played at major music festivals such as Coachella, EDC, Lightning in a Bottle, and many more. Several of the brand’s styles have been featured in major publications such as Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar. Coco and Breezy have additionally made recent appearances on Good Morning America and other press outlets. Coco and Breezy Eyewear is available in the US from ESE International.
