The Eyewear Forum and LOFT Eyewear Shows, who are both known for supporting Independent Eyewear, have again joined forces to present the second edition of the “Awards for Excellence in Eyewear Design”; the LOFTxTEF Awards!

Divided into four categories, exhibiting brands of the LOFT venue in New York City have sent in over a hundred submissions of great eyewear design.

After going through these submissions, the grand jury nominated 8 frames for each of the 4 categories. 17.500 eye care professionals of the Facebook groups LEF and TEF will bring down the 32 nominated frames to 16 finalists via online voting polls.

An esteemed jury of optical journalists, influencers, and reputable opticians will pick the final winner for each category during the LOFT event in NYC. The four winners will be presented during the award ceremony on March 27 at the LOFT Party in NYC.

Here are the final nominees for the upcoming awards. They can all be seen in person by visiting the LOFT in the Merchantile Buildings at 36th, 37th, and 38th Streets at 10th Avenue, just a block from the Javits Center and Vision Expo East.

Best Fashion Frame 2020
