Peoples from Barbados is releasing new imagery of Barbadian beauty Jalicia Nightengale, photographed by local fashion photographer, Jaryd Niles Morris. The unique and inspiring location is close to the heart of the founder of the brand, Alicia Hartman. Once her childhood home – an intimate setting, which Hartman associates with joy, hope, love, and family – the traditional wooden chattel house and tropical gardens in the images are located on the cliff at Half Moon Fort on the North West coast of the Caribbean island.
“Blue-eyed beauty Jalicia Nightengale represents young Bajan ambition, with big dreams of the future…she is the perfect model for PFB” Alicia Hartman, Founder, PEOPLES FROM BARBADOS
Style PFB-16 – one of the bestselling optical styles in the Peoples from Barbados collection – has a bold acetate cat-eye inspired front, a flat top brow-line, and stainless steel temples. The frames are extremely light and comfortable to wear with a uniquely pure design and innovative screwless hinge.
Inspired by the incredibly rich natural setting of the Bajan island, the PFB-16 comes in four color combinations – Suga & Spice, Havana Black Tortoise, Sorrel Tortoiseshell, and Chattel (pictured on model). All PFB designs can be provided with blue block lenses with AR coatings for computer glare and night driving.
