The lens finishing equipment leader premiered this industry-first initiative at its International Vision Expo East booth last week, receiving extremely positive feedback from prospects and customers alike.
The idea for the initiative came about through recent focus groups, where customers expressed a need for timely product information and “24/7” support. Now by simply scanning a QR Code with a smart phone QR Reader App, the operator can locate the necessary videos needed for best practices, calibration, troubleshooting and more. High-definition, Vimeo video technology allows for the viewer to clearly see the intricate details of the various equipment elements on either a mobile device or desktop computer.
