The 34th China International Optics Fair (CIOF2023), organized by the China Optometric & Optical Association (COOA), and the Orient International Exhibition Co Ltd of Hong Kong (OIEC), the most sizeable optical trade fair in Asia, ended on a high note with a record number of visitors attending the three-day event. COOA has adhered to the original aspiration and mission of serving and promoting the development of the optical industry, making CIOF an important bridge connecting China’s optical industry and the world.
CIOF2023 showcased 693 exhibitors September 11-13, 2023 at the China International Exhibition Centre, Beijing (CIEC). CIOF2023 again showed off a mega gross exhibition area of 55,000 square meters, occupying all 8 exhibition halls of CIEC, and the Grand Metropark Hotel. Brand promotion and the advocation of high technologies deployment were the themes of CIOF2023. CIOF marked 62,372 visitors over the three-day show.
Media-wise CIOF 2023 has cooperated with Chinese and international optical publications, optical associations, and optical show-organizing counterparts to increase media exposure, including the following: 20/20 Europe (Italy), China Glasses Science-Technology (China), DIOPS (Korea), Four Plus Media (India, Singapore, UAE), Hong Kong Optical Manufacturers Association (Hong Kong), Hong Kong Trade Development Council (Hong Kong), Indian Optician (India), Loop (Taiwan), MAFO (Germany), MIDO (Italy), Optical Journal (USA), Opti Munich (Germany), Optical World (UK), SILMO (France) , TEF Magazine (The Netherlands), Vision Expo (USA) and VEKO (Russia).
The 22nd China SIOF2024 (Shanghai International Optics Fair) will take place March 11 – 13 in Shanghai, China. SIOF is another leading annual optical exhibition in Asia, and also a sizeable and influential optical exhibition. SIOF is well recognized as a good platform for global suppliers to showcase their latest products and technology, and for buyers to see the latest style eyewear, and future trends in summer.
