Tree Spectacles Grows Acetate Collection

The excellence of Italian production with attention paid to a contemporary styling is a common thread across the collections at Tree Spectacles. With the latest additions to the Acetate Collection, the brand shows versatility and attention to all details of comfort and design in two complementary series with strong wearable shapes, encompassing bold statement styles as well as a subtle and more streamlined look.

The two unique ACETATE SERIES evolve with a focus on a contemporary design aesthetic and exclusive colors. Tree Spectacles continues to produce an impeccable design style in its eyewear collections through expertise in materials, technical precision, and color.

Classical eyewear shapes remain an inspiration for the range, which includes appealing square, round and oval shapes. A fresh color palette and predominantly classic tones of black or transparent crystal tones ensure a classy design-oriented finish to each of the newly added designs.

“I have extended the popular Acetate Bold Series where we use eco-friendly acetate with advanced Japanese titanium. The designs have been influenced by the 1970s and the strong, thick acetate frames of that decade but we always mill the frames to give a fresh contemporary finish. In the new Acetate Light Series, we have worked to add a choice of interesting frames with a minimal concept and a very wearable light and comfortable design…”Marco Barp, Co-Founder, TREE SPECTACLES

Five new styles have been added to the successful Acetate Bold Series with thick 5mm fronts, in 70s-inspired shapes, with modern lightweight titanium temples. The temples are available in a choice of colors which include shiny gold, matt black or gunmetal grey. These are paired with acetate in modern transparent tones or a selection of original colors from the 1980s, including a stunning version of Havana. The Acetate Light Series, with seven models (including men’s, women’s and unisex styles) offers a very easy and wearable style suited to those who prefer a more subtle, minimal aesthetic in eyewear. The frames are just 1.7mm in thickness and have very narrow state-of-the-art temples in titanium. Colors include light tones of blue, cappuccino and classic black.
